The late order deadline ends at 5PM October 12, 2020. I’ve put the info and the order link below.

Official validation for sheep, goats and heifers is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2020 from 4PM-7PM at Clint Petzold’s
barn (226 W. Aycock Ct., Weatherford, TX 76088).

If you have 20 or more animals to validate, contact the office and we can set a date to validate your animals.

2021 Spring Major Stock Show Validation Orders (Late)

Market Lambs – validated as family, TLBA tags must be in the ear to be recorded on the validation paperwork, REQUIRED
for San Angelo.
Market Goats – validated as a family, TGBA tags must be in the ear to be recorded on the validation paperwork.
Wether Dams – 1 exhibitor, TLBA tags must be in the ear to be recorded on the validation paperwork, REQUIRED for San
Angelo.
Wether Does – 1 exhibitor, TGBA tags must be in the ear to be recorded on the validation paperwork.
Registered Breeding Sheep – 1 exhibitor, owned on or before Oct. 1, 2020, listed on papers, color copy of papers required
at validation. Ewes and bucks.
Registered Breeding Goats – 1 exhibitor, owned on or before Oct. 1, 2020, listed on papers, color copy of papers required
at validation. Does and bucks.
Registered Breeding Heifers – 1 exhibitor, owned on or before Oct. 31, 2020, tattoos must be in the ears at time of
validation. Must present papers to verify brands and tattoos at time of validation.

Spring Major Stock Show Entry Deadline

***Mark your calendars***

The entry deadline for ALL spring major stock shows is Monday, November 9, 2020. Complete entry
forms and payments must be submitted to the Extension office by 5PM on Nov. 9th. We will have
the entry forms here at the Extension Office. If you are unable to come in during office hours, no
worries, just call (before Nov. 9th) and we'll work out an evening for your entry to be submitted.

Please make sure you have the following:
Your Child's Social Security Number
Completed Quality Counts (we have access to the numbers, we just need the test to be taken).
