PRESIDENT/CEO

Dear Family and Friends of Road to Responsibility,

This is an exciting time for Road to Responsibility! Over the
past 35 years, RTR has become an indispensable support

for thousands of adults with Intellectual and Developmental
Disabilities (I/DD) and their families. Many finally found success
with us after failing elsewhere. In the process, lives have been
transformed and dreams have become reality! As such, we need
to take steps to ensure our Mission may continue for generations

to come. An Endowment Fund is necessary to achieve this
goal. Such a fund would enable RTR to maintain and enhance
individualized services through difficult economic times and

funding vagaries from the State.

As good stewards of this life-changing organization, we invite
you to help us rise to this challenge. The EMPOWERING
Dreams, IGNITING Possibilities CAMPAIGN, as

outlined in this brochure, will allow RTR to not only provide
necessities but also offer a better quality of life for those in our
care.

I hope that you take some time to read through this brochure,
learn more about the specifics of our plans, and consider your
