Shorelines Clean
The CCS Marine Debris and Plastics program (MD&PP) continued to
grow in 2024, doubling in staff and garnering the support of a major
3-year grant from the NOAA Marine Debris Program.

and Recreation, the Department of Marine Fisheries, the Environmental Island in Boston Harbor to an awaiting Department of
Police, the National Park Service, and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Conservation and Recreation vessel during September’s
Boston Harbor Islands Cleanup.
