DROP SHIPMENTS - Direct or drop shipments are acceptable and are considered individual shipments. Freight
terms and minimum order amount will apply to each location. Any shipment refused by your customer, for any
reason, is the customer’s responsibility. All freight incurred on any shipment refused by the customer, regardless of
reason, is your responsibility. Inaccuracies in shipping processes do not absolve the responsible party from
freight charges. Offsetting credits may be issued on a pro-rated basis at the shipper’s discretion.
RETURNED MATERIALS -The following procedure will apply to returned materials:
1. Obtain written authorization and an RMA number from the Glasfloss Customer Service Department (furnish
invoice number and date). If material returns are made without prior authorization and an RMA number,
Glasfloss will refuse the shipment.
2. Only standard sizes of Disposable & Z-Line Series - “ZLP” & “ZXP” filters are eligible for return.
3. Products shipped in error by the factory will be accepted for return providing Glasfloss is notified within 30
days from the date of the invoice.
4. Glasfloss reserves the right to inspect all returned products and make final determination upon receipt. At
that time, applicable credit will be issued.
5. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid unless there has been an error by the factory.

6. A credit will be issued at the invoice price, less a 25 restocking charge, upon inspection and acceptance at
the factory.
7. Products will not be accepted for return after 120 days past the invoice date.
8. All RMA’s must be returned within 30 days of issue.
DEBIT MEMO - Debit emos issued to Glasfloss m ust be received within 15 days from the ship date.

PARCEL SHIPPING POLICY - There will be a $.85 processing fee per package. To ensure lowest shipping cost
Glasfloss may re-package over-size filters in parcel packs at a fee of $1.50 per box. If Glasfloss is given the incorrect
shipping address, there will be a $16.50 charge per package. Any additional charges by the carrier will be the
responsibility of the customer. Parcel carrier chosen at Glasfloss’ discretion to best service the customer.
STANDARD PACKAGING & PRODUCT DESCRIPTION - Standard size products will only be shipped in
standard case quantities, as indicated in the catalog. Orders for less than standard packaging will be increased to meet
the standard case quantity. The responsibility for proper sizing, part number identification and selection of a filter
rests solely with the distributor.
CARTON TAGGING CHARGE - Tagging is available upon written request; There will be a $1.00 NET per carton
tagging fee charge.
SLIP SHEETING & PALLET IZING CHARGES - Slip Sheeting is available upon request at $12.50 NET charge
per Slip Sheet. Palletizing is available upon request at $17.50 NET charge per pallet.
MINIMUM ORDER - A minimum order of $100.00 (NET amount of invoice) will apply to all orders. Orders of
lesser amount are subject up to a $10.00 processing fee.
EXPEDITING FEE – Expedited orders will be subject to a 10% total order “Expediting Fee”.
No one from Glasfloss including any agent, representative, salesperson, dealer or distributorship has the authority to expand the
Company’s obligation beyond the terms of this policy letter or to state that the performance or the product is other than published
by Glasfloss Industries. Glasfloss has a policy of uninterrupted research, development and product improvement and reserves the
right to change design and specifications without notice.
