Complexity
This is a “combative energy” where we feel most people are out to get
us.
It shows up as anger, struggle, judgement and resentment.
Some of the common thoughts are:
“My team is incompetent.”
“If I need something done right, I have to do it.”
“You made me angry.”
“Do you even know what you are doing?”
In business when it happens the actions are driven by anger. It can
look and feel successful but there is no joy. We think we are the only
one who can do the job right. It is hard to collaborate with people
because of deep feelings of mistrust. We micro-manage every aspect
of our business as a norm. In Level Two energy we blame others for
our problems and lead by fear.
