Genrosity
This is a “nurturing energy" where we want to be in service to others.
It shows up as sympathy, concern, kindness and care.
Some of the common thoughts are:
“How can I help?”
“I feel so bad about under-privileged people.”
“Don’t worry about me.”
“I’m so concerned about you.”
In business, this energy helps to build a heart-centered organization.
We take little personally and feel a deep desire to help others through
our work. We want to fix people and systems. When making decisions
we focus on how they will affect others around us. In Level Four, when
we feel taken advantage of, it can create resentment and frustration.
Our actions can be motivated by how much we are appreciated and
liked by others.
