This is a “success energy" where we feel there is a purpose to
everything.

It shows up as confidence, inner peace, calm and non -judgment.

Some of the common thoughts are:

“We all win.”
“What is the opportunity here?”

“I’m curious to know.”
“What is working well?”

This energy helps create a long-term, sustainable business. We see

opportunities everywhere and see challenges as growth. The focus
remains on what is right versus what is wron g. We can see the big

pictures and are able to find solution s to complex issues. In Level Five,
we accept everything and everyone withou t judgement, withou t

feeling the need to fix anything. Instead, we empow er everyon e
around to help themselves and make decision s which are best for

everyone involved. Sometimes, seeing too many op por tunities can
cause paralysis by analysis.
