Sick introduces neat and compact
mid-range safety controller

Sick has added the Flexi Compact to its portfolio of

Bonomi UK introduces new direct mount
industrial wafer ball valve packages

Bonomi’s new 723/724 direct mount valve body uses less
steel which reduces the cost of the valve. The valve’s low
torque design allows for the use of smaller, more compact
actuators, saving space within the system while reducing
costs. The standard full-port ball provides the most efficient
media flow, far superior to butterfly valves. There is almost no pressure loss as the interior
dimensions of the valve are equal to the interior dimensions of the pipe with no obstructions. They
are available in stainless or carbon steel. Read more here

Igus goes to even greater lengths with the

expansion of its YE hybrid chains series

The world’s first hybrid chain is now available in two new sizes to meet
the needs of construction machinery and lifting equipment. These YE
hybrid chains, made of polymer and steel, are 50% lighter than
conventional steel chains and can safely move large hydraulic hoses
and high fill weights vertically on both mobile crane platforms and
construction machinery. The new YE.56 is 56mm inner height and can
carry unsupported lengths of up to 8.5 metres, while the YE.108 has a
108mm inner height and can carry heavy and large cables up to 9.5 meters. Read more here
