Collaborative robot from Yaskawa brings
game-changing industrial performance
The Yaskawa Motoman HC20DT robot is the latest example of
Yaskawa’s expanding range of Motoman Smart Series robotic solutions
which are helping users to meet the rapidly changing demands and
adaptation of new manufacturing practices. The Motoman HC20DT is
a 6 axes robot which combines the powerful capabilities of handling
payloads up to 20kg, the flexibility of a reach of up to 1700mm with
the highest levels of safety. This represents ‘game-changing’ COBOT
potential for applications such as automated palletising. Read more here
SKF Enlight ProCollect extends its
capability to support lube management
SKF has extended the capability of its Enlight ProCollect
portable data collection system, enabling maintenance
engineers to plan lubrication routes around a factory or
process operation. Lubrication is vital to rotating equipment
performance and needs to be carried out at regular intervals. This new enhancement to Enlight
ProCollect will help organisations improve maintenance procedures, with the potential to increase
uptime and reduce costs. “This is a significant step towards integrating condition monitoring and
lubrication data,” explains SKF’s Barrie Rodgers. Read more here
HepcoMotion adds DTS+ to
Driven Track System range
The DTS+ system incorporates key features of
Hepco’s PRT track system and original DTS,
combining them with a high load capacity
connection from the carriages to the drive belt.
The carriages will not disengage from the belt,
allowing transmission of higher driving forces compared to the original DTS system. DTS+ is
suitable for applications with high loads, a vertical orientation, or where the free space inside the
track circuit is required to integrate additional equipment. Read more here
