When you get up in the morning, you have taken about 8,000 breaths
in 8 hours of sleep. When you wake,
up you are dehydrated. The very
first thing you should do upon
waking is drink 24 oz of room
temperature water with a fresh
lemon squeezed into it. This will
start your body in the right direction
every morning, especially if fighting
any type of illness.
So, as a bare minimum, drink one ½ gallon of WATER per day just to
maintain your health. Now if you are fighting cancer, you are NOT
maintaining your health because your body is struggling to get healthy.
One of the best ways to do that is to drink, drink and drink some more
water to expel toxins. We would

Urinating 8-10 times per day is
healthy. A good sign to look for is if your pee is dark yellow, keep
drinking until your pee is bright yellow/clear.
Remember, your cells and cell matrix hold 2/3 of the water you drink so
if you are dehydrated, these cells are dehydrated, too. We learned a
few paragraphs ago that our cells become damaged from a lack of
oxygen. When we also deprive them of water, dehydration will
compound the problem and the life of the cell is being choked out.
