• Sweat and Exercise. Unfortunately, the second formula for
a cancerous perfect storm is being sedentary. The lymphatic
system depends on movement and sweating. As you move
your joints and
flex your
muscles,
lymphatic fluid
is forced away
and out of cells
and removed
from the body.
Many of us sit at a desk all day and on the couch at night or
work in an environment that puts little pressure on our
muscles or joints. We no longer sweat naturally throughout
