                          •  Sweat and Exercise.  Unfortunately, the second formula for
                              a cancerous perfect storm is being sedentary.  The lymphatic

                              system depends on movement and sweating.  As you move

                              is forced away

                              and out of cells
                              and removed

                              from the body.
                              Many of us sit at a desk all day and on the couch at night or

                              work in an environment that puts little pressure on our

                              muscles or joints. We no longer sweat naturally throughout
                              the day like previous generations who worked hard in

                              farming, agriculture, and building.  As a result, our lymphatic

                              fluid is congested and only working at about 25%.
