Important Notices from Your Board

FOOD MINIMUM:

For quite some time now many of you have requested that the quarterly food minimum
requirement include alcoholic purchases. Moving forward you will see that this request has
been approved by the board and ALL food & beverages will now be included in the
minimum calculation.

PAYMENT DUE DATE:

In an effort to lessen the strain on the clubs cash flow, especially in the summer months
when supply purchases are high, beginning September 1st all monthly statement payments
will be due by the 10th of each month. If payment is not received by the 25th of the month

accounts will be charged a 1.5% late fee for the balance due.
