Another huge event for Cobh has date confirmed.......

LIVERPOOL LEGENDS CONFIRMED 24th AUGUST

Cobh Edition can confirm that the LIVERPOOL LEG-
ENDS WILL play in a Cobh
Hospital fundraiser at Cobh Ramblers’ St.Colman’s
Park in an afternoon kick-off on Saturday 24th August.
From the proceeds, a donation will be made to Cobh 4
Footballl.
The likes of Liverpool & Irish Legends John Aldridge,
Ronnie Whelan, Ray Houghton, Jason McAteer will take
to the field along with Ray Kennedy, Gary Gillespie and
a host of other players. You may even see Ian Rush
play too

There will also be an evening meal at the Commodore
Hotel after the game combined with a Q&A session.

Opportunities to play with, and or, against Liverpool will be available.
A round of Golf will take place on the Sunday morning.

Cobh Flower and Horticulture Club will hold its next meeting in Cobh
(Great Island) Community Centre on Monday 1st April at 7.30pm.
It will be a floral demonstration by Breda Keohane T.Dip. AOIFA.

Visitors welcome. Admission €5.
