(e) Junior Membership. Any Member under the age of thirty-five (35) upon
commencement of Membership may elect to pay a non-refundable Five Hundred and no/100
Dollar ($500.00) deposit as set by the Board from time to time and pay the remaining balance of
fees payable upon commencement of Membership ( Certificate of Membership, initiation, etc.)

on or before their 40 birthday. Such Members shall have no voting rights until the full amount
of Membership fees have been paid. Failure to pay the remaining balance of Membership fees
within this period shall result in forfeiture of Membership and any fees previously paid.
i. Athletic-Junior Membership. Such Members shall be entitled to the
use of all facilities of the Club, including the Club's athletic and/or recreational facilities, i.e.
golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, pool, without incurring a usage fee.
3.2.2. Non-equity Membership.
(a) Effective July 1, 2016, there shall be no Non-equity memberships offered
by the Club, except as provided in Paragraph 3.2.2(b) herein. All non-equity members as of July
1, 2016, shall be offered a method for conversion to Equity Membership over a sixty (60) month
period. Any non-equity member choosing not to convert to Equity membership shall cease to be
a member on December 31, 2016.
(b) Temporary Non-equity Membership. Should the Board of. Governors
deem it necessary to bolster membership, the Board may authorize a Temporary Non-equity
Membership to be effective for any twelve (12) month period. Such authorization shall include
all dues and fees payable during the 12 month period, a method for conversion to equity
membership at the end of the twelve month period and shall end at the end of twenty-four (24)
months from its inception. It is the intent of this Paragraph to allow such new members for a
period of only twelve months. Any person so admitted must otherwise satisfy all other
requirements for membership pursuant to the bylaws existing at such time, but shall not be
required to pay any initiation fee or purchase a certificate of membership. Such membership
shall be non-voting, except in accordance with the Temporary Non-equity Membership
authorization of the Board.
3.2.3. Waiting lists for membership and priorities thereon.
(a) When an applicant applies for membership in the Club, and the desired
classification is full, the applicant shall be so informed. If possiblepossible, under these By-
Laws, such applicant may be admitted under another classification, with the applicant's name
being placed on a waiting list for the desired classification. When the desired classification is
opened, through resignation or otherwise, the persons on the waiting list, in order of
chronological or numerical priority, or priority established by these By-Laws, shall be advised of
such openingopening, and shall be afforded the opportunity of changing to the desired
classification, upon payment of any necessary fees.
(b) Priority shall be established on the waiting list by the Board of Governors.the
filing of the original application with the Board with a special priority being granted to the
