PHASE ONE - TENNIS FACILITY
Our tennis facility is in need of repair and renovation. Our hard courts need a complete renova-
tion and the bathroom facilities are over 30 years old.
The Capital Plan will include several projects to be phased in at our tennis facility:
→ Full renovation of hard courts, numbers 5 through 8
→ New lights and windscreens on all courts
→ Painting fences.
Future plans, based on Capital projections, include update of bathrooms and clubhouse.
