GOOD MANNERS PROGRAM

I. Rationale

The Good Manners Program / Professional Decorum Program of the
Southville Global Education Network (SGEN) is a program that will serve as
a vehicle for the students of the SGEN to achieve Academic and Values
Excellence.

It is a program designed to facilitate a student’s growth in the life values such
as Respect, Responsibility, Relationship, Integrity, and Humility – values that
are critical in an individual’s personal development.

Ultimately, it is SGEN’s way of giving to the world the gift of well-formed
and values driven individuals who will make a difference and who will
become movers of society.

II. Objectives

The SGEN Good Manners Program / Professional Decorum aims to develop:

a. students who respect themselves, others, and properties;
b. students who build positive relationships;
c. students who are responsible with themselves, others, and properties;
d. students who possess integrity;
e. students who possess humility;
f. teachers and staff who will exemplify the values of respect, responsibility,
relationship, integrity and humility and
g. a culture of excellence in the campus where good manners and social graces
prevail
