When going to the clinic, the student must bring his/ her diary. The nurse on
duty will write the reason and the time of visit.
A lost diary or learning log can only be replaced upon approval by the
Principal after an investigation of the reason for its loss has been done.
2) Students and Parents’ Bulletin
The school’s written communication to parents is done through the students’
diary, learning log, special flash bulletins, and the Students and Parents’
Bulletin which is issued weekly.
Teachers and students should discuss pertinent matters contained in the
Students and Parents’ Bulletin. Students should ask their parents to read the
bulletin and sign the reply slips. Reply slips are expected to be returned to the
teacher the following day. Students who do not return reply slips within three
(3) days after the bulletin’s issuance will be given sanctions.
Note: Parents who avail of the e- bulletin need not return the reply slip. They may just
acknowledge receipt online.
PERFORMANCES, ASSEMBLIES, AND OTHER GATHERINGS
Students are expected to participate with fervor and seriousness in the performance of
the routines. (Invocation, singing of the Philippine National Anthem and SISC Hymn,
and recitation of the SISC Student’s Pledge) during morning assembly foreign students
need not sing the Philippine National Anthem. However, they must show respect by
standing straight and at attention.
During performances, assemblies or gatherings, a student is expected to demonstrate
appropriate behavior by listening or watching quietly or participating as needed.
Shouting, hooting, yelling, jeering, booing, and howling are inappropriate and are
therefore discouraged.
