MINOR OFFENSES
These are acts which unfavorably affect the learning environment and the other
members of the school community. The following offenses/ infractions fall under this
category:
A. RESPECT FOR PEOPLE, POLICIES, PROPERTIES, & THE
INSTITUTION
1. Wearing faddish jewelry such as dangling earrings, hoops, or wearing 2 or
more sets of earrings at a time, choker, and anklets
2. Wearing heavy make-up and nail polish
3. Distracting colored hair dye and/or bright colored hair dye
4. Not following the dress code during MUFTI day; wearing attire/ outfit such
as tank tops, cut-offs, mid-riffs, halter tops, blouse/shirts with plunging
necklines, bare backs, clothes with see-thru fabrics/ materials, clothes with
obscene/ suggestive writings/ slogans/ memes/ words, slippers or flip flops,
micro-mini skirts, boxer shorts, and the likes
5. Engaging in business like selling items inside the campus without the prior
approval
6. Teasing another student, a teacher, a staff or any school personnel
B. RESPONSIBILITY TOWARD SELF, OTHERS & TASKS
1. Not wearing school ID
2. Not wearing the prescribed uniform and/ or changing into civilian clothes/
preferred clothes, wearing of non-SISC sweater, blazer/coat, or hoodies
3. Not doing 5S / littering
4. Wearing of blouse, polo, or skirt not following the prescribed length
5. Wearing rubber shoes or slippers when wearing the school uniform
6. Wearing P.E. uniform on non-P.E. days
7. Improper way of wearing school uniform—folding the sleeves of the polo
shirt and folding of the jogging pants
8. Non-submission of required excuse letter upon return from absence or
tardiness
9. Non-compliance of getting violation slips such as tardiness slip, uniform pass,
and leaving the classroom without transit pass or leaving the campus without
a valid gate pass
