Note: Students who tested positive for drugs will be required to submit weekly urine
test. Drug testing through the school authorized laboratory. Fees will be shouldered
by the student.
1.6 Maintaining Harmonious Relationships among the Members of Southville
School Community
1.6.1. Barging in and going out of the classroom or offices without asking for
permission
1.6.2. Eating or drinking inside the classroom, computer laboratory, Science
laboratory, library, other offices, and designated non- eating areas
1.6.3. Speaking unkind words/ foul words, answering rudely back to teacher or any
school authority
1.6.4. Creating and/ or starting fights, fighting, bullying (real time or cyber)
1.6.5. Creating, starting, making pranks/ mischief resulting to an injury to a person
and/ or destruction of school property
1.6.6. Uttering and/ or writing derogatory remarks, profane, obscene words/ phrases
and/ or displaying indecent/ obscene gestures
1.6.7. Uttering “fight word” and making gestures that are personally abusive, word
and actions which, when directly addressed to any person, in the context used
and as a matter of common knowledge will most likely provoke a violent
reaction. Such words include but not limited to terms widely recognized to be
derogatory reference to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, and other
personal characteristics
1.6.8 Issuing threats against one’s dignity and/ or safety
1.6.9. Harassing any member of the school community
1.6.10. Uploading/ posting obscene gestures, derogatory remarks which are offensive
or defames the name of the school in any social media platform (Facebook,
Instagram, Twitter, etc.)
