My tutee has not been attending our

          scheduled tutorials despite reminders.

          What will I do?

The scheduled tutorial is already considered a counted

session and will be included in the tutorial claim. However,
it is expected from the tutor to reach out to homeroom

advisers and parents to coordinate the attendance of the
student in the tutorial. It is our goal to bridge the gap

during tutorials to make sure that the student will join the
          scheduled sessions.

Teachers cannot always reschedule a missed audit/
intensive due to prior commitments. If a student cannot

attend a scheduled audit/intensive, he/ she is encouraged
to advise the concerned subject teacher.
