What should be prepared for the opening
of classes?
The adviser must send the following before the opening of
classes: class link, Moodle course key, note to parents,
note to students, personal information sheet and teachers’

directory (coordinate with your level facilitators for the
documents).

What are the exact benefits of availing an

early enrolment?

Any inquiry concerning registration, accounting, public
relations, etc. may be communicated directly to the

concerned office with the adviser in the loop. Parents may
opt to just inform the adviser for coordination/ follow-up.

Who is required to secure a Student Study

Permit (SSP)?

All foreign students who are residing in the Philippines. This

should be coordinated with the Registration Office upon
enrollment.
