Should there be diary entries during
asynchronous classes?
Not necessarily, but it would be better if students take
note of the activity given by their subject teacher.
Who should update the e-SAMS?
The homeroom adviser may tap the class secretary to
monitor the attendance in each subject. However, the
subject teachers are encouraged to check it to make
sure that the entries are correct.
What is the purpose of the monitoring
sheet and what do I need to do with it?
The monitoring sheet is a file that will help both
students and teachers to monitor submission in
different subjects. Students are given access to
comment as they’re encouraged to type ‘DONE’ once
submission has been made.
