BIOGRAPHY:
He was the sixth king of Babylon
during the First Babylonian dynasty
from 1792 to 1750 BC. C.
He ascended to the throne aftr the
abdication of his father, Sîn-Muballit
and created the Babylonian Empire
by extending Babylon's control over
Mesopotamia after winning several
wars against neighboring kingdoms.
