“Unauthorized drugs” are defined  as any controlled  substances
            considered unlawful under the Controlled Substances Act, or the     Footprint’s
            metabolite of the substance, including,  but not limited to,
            barbiturates, amphetamines, opiates, hallucinogens, marijuana,

            cocaine, or PCP. The term “unauthorized drugs” does not include    Core Values
            any drugs lawfully prescribed by a health care provider and used
            as prescribed.

            Drug and Alcohol Impairment Testing                             is unique and inclusive.
            The Company will pay for all applicant and employee drug and
            alcohol impairment tests that it requests or requires. Employees
            and applicants may be required to  provide specimens for drug and alcohol testing under  any  of the following
            circumstances:

            Reasonable Suspicion
            The Company may require any employee to undergo drug and alcohol impairment testing if management has a
            reasonable suspicion that the employee:

               •   Has violated the Company’s written Policy prohibiting the use, possession, sale, or transfer of alcohol and/or
                   unauthorized drugs while on duty, while working, while on Company property, or while operating Company
                   or customer equipment, machinery, or vehicles;
               •   Is under the influence of alcohol and/or unauthorized drugs while on duty, while working, while on Company
                   property, or while operating Company or customer equipment, machinery, or vehicles;
               •   Is impaired by alcohol and/or unauthorized drugs; or
               •   May be affected by the use of alcohol and/or unauthorized drugs and that the use may adversely affect job
                   performance or the work environment.

            1  Marijuana remains illegal as a matter of federal law.  Subject to applicable state and local laws, Footprint
            prohibits employees’ use of, possession of or being impaired by marijuana during working hours and on Company
            property even in jurisdictions that have authorized such use for medical or recreational purposes.   Unless hiring or
            maintaining the employment of an individual whose status as a marijuana cardholder would cause Footprint to lose
            a monetary- or licensing-related benefit under federal law or regulations, Footprint shall not discriminate or retaliate
            against a person in hiring or during employment, up to and including the termination of employment, by imposing
            any term or condition of employment, disciplining or otherwise penalizing a person based upon such status as a
            cardholder.
