• An Essential Business Travel Letter may be required by Hotels, for all Footprint locations. Please confirm if
a letter is required when making the hotel reservation. Employees will be required to request letter through
                   Human Resources.
               • Footprint employees should make their hotel reservations in advance and confirm the hotel’s COVID-19

               • Human Resources will e-mail an Employee Acknowledgement to the Footprint Employee. The
Acknowledgment will outline the risks and responsibilities when traveling to a Footprint Facility, and
agreement to abide by the Travel Protocols.
               • The locally assigned Footprint Human Resources representative will prepare and deliver communication to

can receive covered care in the event the employee becomes sick or experiences COVID-19 symptoms.
               • Employees may contact Human Resources for additional information or assistance.
               • Pack a sufficient amount of change in clothing, personal items and medications required during the Business
Travel. With regard to medications, it is advisable to carry extra supply of medications.
               • You are welcome to bring your own supplies (e.g., additional masks, oximeter).

Before traveling, the Footprint employee must secure the necessary mask supplies and hand sanitizer (“Protective
Supplies”). Most, if not all, airlines, hotels, U.S. local businesses and Mexico, require a face mask.
Be familiar with proper masking and sanitizing procedures:
