SEPARATION OF EMPLOYMENT

            Notice of Resignation
            In order to ensure that we maintain adequate staffing, we would appreciate if non-exempt employees would provide
            a two-week written resignation notice and exempt and managerial employees provide a four-week written resignation
            notice in advance of their intended termination of employment date. If you fail to work your notice period, either by
            your own choosing or at the request of your immediate supervisor or site leader, your benefits may be impacted.

            Return of Property
            You must return all equipment, documents and other materials belonging to the Company, including but not limited
            to those containing Confidential Information or proprietary business information at the time of your departure from
            the Company.

            Reduction in Force/Reduction of Hours
            In the event that conditions cause the Company to implement a reduction in force or a work-hour reduction, Footprint
            will consider any or all of the following: job description, shift, employment status, work location, service date, job
            performance,  attendance  history,  performance  record  and  professional  or  work  qualifications.  However,  the
            Company retains the right to make reduction decisions using its own discretion.


            Effect on Benefits
            If you leave the Company, benefits are discontinued as outlined in the Summary Plan Descriptions. Please refer to
            the appropriate benefit booklet or contact Human Resources for further information.
            Final Paycheck
            Your final paycheck will reflect regular compensation due for days and hours worked through your effective date of
            termination of employment. Employees are paid for earned, but unused, PTO in accordance with the PTO policy.

            Unused sick time is not payable upon termination of employment, unless required by state law. Your final paycheck
            or paystub will be mailed to you (or direct deposited if requested) on the first regular payday following your last
            working day, unless otherwise required by state law.
