• If soap and water are not available, bring and use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.
Cover all surfaces of your hands and rub your hands together until they feel dry.
• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.
• Avoid “close contact” (within 6 feet for more than 15 minutes) with others.
• Keep 6 feet of physical distance from others (“physical distance”).
• Always wear a face covering (disposable or cloth face mask, shield) in public spaces.
• Cover coughs and sneezes.
• Limit your exposure by picking up food at drive-thru, curbside restaurant service, or stores.
• Whenever you are unable to physically-distance, such as on an airplane or while ridesharing, limit talking
to avoid the potential for unnecessary spreading of individual’s droplets.
• Any meals during a period of ridesharing should be eaten outside of the vehicle while physically
distanced.
• If you need to pump gas for a rented vehicle, wear the disposable gloves provided by Footprint, and
dispose the gloves in a lined trash can immediately after use and before re-entering the vehicle. CDC
Guidance does not recommend disinfecting or re-using gloves.
DURING TRAVEL / AT HOTEL / REQUIRED DAILY PROCEDURES
• At Hotel
− Minimize contact with hotel staff and guests. Minimize congregating in hotel common areas.
− Once in your hotel room, use the “Do Not Disturb” sign during your entire period of Business Travel to
minimize hotel staff from entering and touching your belongings. Obtain any necessary supplies on
an as-needed basis.
− Clean/disinfect high touch hard surfaces, telephones, remote control, doorknobs, light switches, sinks,
tables, countertops, etc. in your hotel room with the Protective Supplies provided by the Company.
− Minimize use of areas that may lead to “close contact” (within 6 feet) with other people as much as
possible, like break rooms, outside patios, inside lounging areas, dining areas/kitchens, game rooms,
pools, hot tubs, saunas, spas, salons, and fitness centers.
− Eat meals in your room to the extent possible.
− Consider taking the stairs. Otherwise, wait to use the elevator until you can either ride alone or only
with people from the Company, if any.
− Choose contactless options, when possible (e.g., for room service).
− Company-provided vehicles are only to be used to travel to the Footprint Facility, or if there are no
other means to obtain meals on-site, through delivery or within reasonable walking distance.
• Daily Procedures Before Leaving for Footprint Facility / Ridesharing
1. Take Your Temperature: Based on the fluctuations that may occur from one thermometer to
another, we have established 100.4 as the baseline temperature for determining whether you

should be at work.
If you have a temperature that is equal to or higher than 100.4 , you must stay in your room
o
that day and contact Human Resources to discuss next steps.
2. Daily Self-Wellness Screening: Each employee should consider how he or she feels before leaving
for the Footprint Facility. If you experience any of these symptoms or simply do not feel well, you
must stay in your room that day and contact Human Resources to discuss next steps:
− Have a cough
− Have shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?

− Do you have a fever higher than 100.4 ?
− Have muscle or body aches?
− Have chills?
− Do you have a runny nose or congestion?
− Have a sore throat?
