        Our compensation and benefit programs were designed with our Associates in mind. As a                     INTRODUCTION
        company, we believe it is important to offer highly competitive and comprehensive benefits in
        order to attract, retain and motivate the best and brightest talent in the industry.
        The book provides a brief description of the U.S. benefits available to you. For complete
        information on each benefit described in this book, please refer to the AEO Benefits
        Communication portal through the Benefitfocus portal. Your first step is to register at
        https://aeobenefits.hrintouch.com, to create your username and password. Then you will
        have the ability to access your Benefitfocus enrollment portal through AEO2GO or Nest. For
        questions related to our Policies, please visit Policy Tech or contact the Benefits Department.

          Benefits you MUST ACTIVELY ENROLL IN during the first 30 days of employment with
             eligibility beginning on the 1st day of the month following 30 days from hire date

         Medical Insurance    4 Plan Offerings; Enrollment includes Prescription Drug coverage through Express Scripts; (2) ID Cards.

         Health Reimbursement  Automatically enrolled if enrolled in the Cigna Open Access Plus HRA Plan; HRA Debit Card.
         Account (HRA)
         Health Savings Account   Automatically enrolled if enrolled in the Cigna HSA Plan or Cigna Economy HSA Plan; HSA Card.
         (HSA)
         Flexible Spending    Health Care FSA – available if enrolling in a plan without an HSA or not enrolling in AEO insurance;
         Accounts             Limited Purpose FSA – available  if enrolling in a HDHP with an HSA; Dependent Care FSA
                              2 Plan Offerings; a third dental option (DHMO) will be offered to Associates with an in-network dentist
         Dental Insurance
                              within 25-miles of home zip code; (1) ID Card
         Vision Insurance     3 Plan Offerings; No ID Card; Automatic enrollment in VSP Savings Discount Pass if neither insurance is elected

         Group Accident       4 levels of coverage offered, depending on how many dependents you have enrolled
         Insurance
         Group Cancer/Critical   Spousal Critical Illness is also offered; a Social Security Number for the spouse is required for enrollment
         Illness Insurance
         Hospital Indemnity    4 levels of coverage offered, depending on how many dependents you have enrolled
         Insurance
         Supplemental Life
         Insurance and        Supplemental Life coverage options include 1x, 2x, or 3x salary; Spousal and Dependent Life Insurance options
         Supplemental AD&D
