Qualified Life Events CAPREIT pays the full cost of many of your benefits;

Generally, you may change your benefit elections you share the cost for others. You pay the full cost for

• Qualification by the Plan Administrator of a Accidental Death & CAPREIT After-tax
child support order for medical coverage Dismemberment
(AD&D) Insurance
• Entitlement to Medicare or Medicaid
You must notify Human Resources within 30 days Voluntary Life and
