Lifestyle Spending Benefit

Iodine Software is committed to supporting employees’ healthy habits and overall well-being. Employees will be eligible for
an annual $500 benefit towards expenses related to physical wellness, emotional wellness, financial wellness, and other
needs that support a healthy lifestyle.

To take advantage of this benefit, it is the employee’s responsibility to submit lifestyle spending receipts via Expensify.
Expenses can only be submitted once to receive up to the $500 benefit. For example, an employee that wants to use the
benefit for a $100 monthly gym membership must collect receipts for five months before submitting a one-time expense
report. The expense must be submitted using the category: Wellness - Physical/Emotional/Financial/Other and tag:
Office/Miscellaneous. Please refer to the categories outlined below for guidance.

Note: Reimbursements under this benefit will be grossed up at the IRS supplemental rate. In addition, this is separate from
the work from home stipend offering and monthly cell phone and internet reimbursement.
