ELIGIBILITY





        Full-time employees are eligible for the benefits
        described in this guide.

        such as a marriage license. If you do not make the changes
        within the specified timeframe per the handbook, you will
        have to wait until the next annual enrollment period to
        make changes (unless you experience another qualified life
        event). Please refer to your handbook for the timeframe for
        each event.
