WELLNESS CREDIT

At TimkenSteel we want employees to be engaged in their jobs and communities, be active and
engaged in their health, and ultimately achieve their highest level of wellbeing.

To earn the 2022 wellness credit of $500 towards your medical plan premium, employees and covered spouses will now
need to complete all three tasks below by November 30, 2021. TimkenSteel partners with Vitality to administer the wellness
credit requirements in 2021 for the 2022 credit. However, starting in 2022, TimkenSteel will use Cigna for the wellness credit
program instead of Vitality.

Earning your 2022 wellness credit To register for Vitality:

To earn your wellness credit for 2022, follow these steps: • Go to powerofvitality.com
1. Complete the Vitality Health Review • Click on “register now” (under login)
2. Complete the Vitality Check Form • Put in your information including AIN and an
email address
3. Achieve Silver Status
• Create a username and password
• Your spouse can register also; they will need to
use your employee id number

If you are not comfortable visiting your physician in
2022, you (or your covered spouse) may complete a
virtual visit instead of completing the Vitality Check.
