Benefits
Your 401(k) contributions are deducted right from your paycheck and go directly into your account at Empower.
You may change the amount of your contributions or stop contributions at any time. You also decide how to
invest the funds in your account and you may change your investment choices at any time. Here are a few good
things to know:
y CPI Card Group matches 100% of the first 3% you contribute into your 401(k) plan; and matches 50%
of the next 2% up to a maximum of 4% of your eligible earnings! Employer match is 100% vested at the
time of match.
y CPI Card Group offers both Traditional/Pretax 401(k) contributions and Roth After-tax 401(k) contributions
and the employer match can be on either elections you make.

Investments
Our 401(k) plan offers a variety of investments through Empower to choose from and Empower can help you
with your investment election.
y If you do not make an investment election, you are automatically enrolled in a Target Date Fund, which
is a diversified fund based on the approximate year you would retire.
y Empower can also recommend savings and investments either through online advice or through their
My Total Retirement service. (My Total Retirement is a fee-based service paid from your account.)
y You can build your own portfolio from the variety of funds available in our plan.
