Skyworks wants to help you save for the future by offering two savings programs. They will help you save
for your retirement or other financial goals.

Skyworks Solutions RRSP Plan

Skyworks Solutions will make a matching
contribution of up to 4% of eligible contributions.
The total of any contributions made by you and by
Skyworks on your behalf under the plan each year
are deemed to have been contributed by you and
cannot exceed your maximum allowable limit as set
forth under the Income Tax Act (Canada).

Full vesting is immediate. A variety of investment
choices are offered through Manulife.

Skyworks Solutions Tax Free Savings
Account (TFSA)

Employees can have the convenience of submitting
contributions to a TFSA directly off their bi-weekly
pay. There is no company match to this program
however the group TFSA offers lower investment
management fees than most individual TFSA plans.
A variety of investment choices are offered through
Manulife.
