Adoption Assistance
Skyworks supports the efforts of employees who
elect to build their families through adoption. The
Company will pay $3,500 to an employee (or couple,
if both parents are employees) for the adoption of
one eligible child per 12 month period. Below are
additional details of this benefit:
• The employee must have completed one year of
service before the adoption is final.
• The employee must provide Human Resources
with the adoption court order or other proof
that the adoption has been finalized.
• Payment is made in a lump sum subject to all
applicable payroll taxes.
• If unusual circumstances result in the
cancellation of the adoption after it is “final,”
this amount will not be repayable to the
company.
• Eligible Child for the purposes of this policy is
an individual under the age of 18 who is not a
blood relative or stepchild of the employee or
the other adoptive parent.

Adopted children become eligible for enrollment
in the Company’s benefit programs at the time the
parent(s) take custody of the adopted child.
