How Do I Enroll Once you’ve started, you should enroll as soon as possible but
no later than 30 days beyond your hire date. The sooner you
enroll, the sooner we can activate your coverage. Complete a
Manulife Enrollment Form and return it to HR Global Services.
All benefits are considered mandatory with the exception of
Health and Dental coverage which may be refused only if you
have coverage elsewhere. Enrollment forms which includes a
Beneficiary section are included in your new hire kit given out
during orientation.

Identification You can expect to receive your Manulife benefit cards 10-14
days following receipt of your enrollment form by the benefits

Cards administrator.
