How to Search for a Doctor

Find a doctor, hospital, lab and other providers in your network on www.myuhc.com.

Start Here

1 Go to www.myuhc.com.

2 Select Find a Provider under the Find Doctor title.

3 Choose Medical Directory.

4 Choose Employer and Individual Plans.

5 Choose Shopping Around.

6 Scroll down and select Choice Plus.

7 Enter the state and ZIP code in which you live.

8 Select the appropriate search title based on
your preference.

9 You can search by People, Places, Services and
Treatments and Condition.

Note: If you do not have a doctor’s name
or specialty, facility name or medical group in
your designated ZIP code area, or you are searching
for a new one, select People. Then follow the steps
to find a new doctor.

For covered health services rendered in the
Harvard Pilgrim Health Care service area (Massachusetts, Maine and
New Hampshire), you must access the Harvard Pilgrim Health Care
Network in order to receive network benefits.
