1 Go to www.myuhc.com.
2 Click the “Register Now” button.
3 Enter your name, date of birth and the account
numbers from your health plan ID card. Or, enter
your Social Security Number and ZIP code.
4 Create a username and password.
5 Enter your email address and optional phone
numbers, and choose security questions.
6 Review and agree to the website policies, and be
sure to keep the email opt-in checked so you get
relevant news and wellness information.
