        1.  How do I log in to UKG Pro?
        UKG Pro uses Single Sign On (SSO) – please use https://insurity.ultipro.com/ to log into UKG Pro. If this is the first time
        using SSO for UKG Pro, you will be presented with a verification screen. Please use your @Insurity.com email address and
        follow the verification instructions.

        2.  How can I look at my current elections in UKG Pro?

        Go to Menu > Myself > Benefits > Manage My Benefits

        3.  Where can I see my current dependents and beneficiaries?

        Go to Menu > Myself > Benefits > Manage My Benefits > Profile > My Family

        4.  Where do I go to enroll for 2022 Benefits?
        Go to Menu > Myself > Benefits > Manage My Benefits

        5.  Who do I contact if I have benefit questions?

        Please contact InsurityBenefits@insurity.com and a member of the HR team will assist you.

        6.   What do I do if I have a Qualifying Life Event (marriage, birth,
            death, divorce, job change, etc.) and need to make a change to
            my benefits?

            O   In UKG Pro, go to Menu > Myself > Benefits > Manage My Benefits and
               click on the applicable benefit change type. Please note that all Life
               Event changes must be made within 31 days of the event.
            O   Submit QLE documentation within Benefits Administration.
