Benefit Basics

As a SEARCH Day employee, you are eligible for benefits if
you work at least 30 hours per week. Benefits are effective
on the first day of the month following 60 days of
employment for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

You may enroll your eligible dependents for coverage once
you are eligible. Your eligible dependents include:

• Your legal spouse
• Your Civil Union Partner
• Your children up to age 26*

* Your children may term or “age out” at a different age depending on the plan. Please review your SPDs and contracts for more
information.

Once your benefit elections become effective, they remain in effect until you make a change in your enrollment or terminate coverage.

Cost of Your Benefits

You and the company share the cost of your benefits as shown below:
