These resources offer a look at mental health topics and the many places you and your family can turn to for help and
support. Your LAP (NYLGBS) is always available. Phones are answered 24/7. LAP services are confidential. Mersen access
provides 5-sessions for any LAP service at no cost to you. The LAP can be used by your dependents and anyone living in your
household. If you ever feel you are in crisis, call and ask for immediate help. Call 911 if you feel you are at risk of hurting
yourself or others.
