As an employee of LADACIN Network, you may be eligible for certain
benefits—such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance—at group rates.
LADACIN Network pays for the majority of the monthly cost of the benefits
you choose to enroll in, and you pay a portion as well.
Your company-sponsored benefits are more valuable than ever before—
and they account for a large portion of the total compensation you receive
as an employee of LADACIN Network. Rest assured that we are working
hard to provide the best pay and benefits for you and your family.
It’s important that you read through this benefits guide carefully so that
you can understand what each benefit provides, and how to access
coverage when you need it. You may want to share this information with
family members as well.

It’s important you enroll during your designated enrollment period as you
will not have an opportunity to enroll afterwards unless you have a
qualifying life event (keep reading to learn more).
