Find a doctor, hospital, or health care

provider in our network

• DocFind is Aetna’s online provider directory

• Supports searches for In-Network providers:
o Primary care providers, dentists and vision preferred
o Hospitals and facilities
• Provider data is refreshed six times per week

Step 1: Go to www.aetna.com
Step 2: Go to “Find a doctor” on the right
Step 3: Select “Guest”; Plan from an employer

Step 4a: Continue as a guest; enter 5 digit of zip code, city, state, or county.
Step 4b: “Select a Plan” will appear. Select either “Aetna HealthFund Plans; Manager
Choice POS (Open Access)” or “Elect Choice EPO (Open Access)”, then click “Search” to
continue
