Penn Engineering provides a Health Advocacy Service, Direct Path to all employees and
their spouses who are covered by the Company’s benefit programs. DirectPath is a
confidential, no-cost resource for answers to your benefits or healthcare questions
anytime throughout the year or during Open Enrollment.
Your DirectPath Health Advocate can:
• Explain how your benefits work
• Explain the various plans offered as you make your Open Enrollment elections
• Resolve claims and billing issues
• Assist with referrals and prior authorization
• Compare pricing for an upcoming test, procedure or prescription drugs
• Find a doctor
• Provide you access to registered nurses for diagnosis, procedures and
medication options
