FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS (FSA)










          Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)


          Flexible Spending Accounts allow you to pay for out-of-pocket health and dependent
          care expenses on a  tax-free basis. You may begin making contributions on the 1st of
          the month following 30 days of  employment.  Our FSA is administered by Benefit
          Strategies.  Please note, if you are enrolled in the  HDHP, you are not eligible to enroll
          in the Health Care FSA.

            How the Health Care FSA Works                                            Use it or Lose It:


              The Health Care FSA allows you to pay for eligible IRS-  Consider your expenses carefully before you
