Disability Benefits
The goal of the disability plan is to provide you with income replacement should you become disabled and
unable to work due to a non-work-related illness or injury.
On Location provides eligible employees with short term disability income benefits at no cost to you. Long term
disability benefits are voluntary and paid by you.
Short term disability benefits have a seven-day waiting period. Long term disability benefits have a 180-day
waiting period.

1/1/23: 85% of weekly earnings up to $1,025 or your state’s
