Wellness Program News for 2022
At Murata Electronics, we believe that the health and well-being of our employees has a

Eligible Participants: Full-time employees enrolled in a Murata medical plan and their spouses.
Requirements:
Participate in the Murata Wellness Program and you could earn a medical premium discount
of $550, per employee and spouse for the 2023 year!
2022 Program Requirements
Health Assessment – 75 points
Biometric Screen – 100 points
Tobacco Declaration – 25 points
Total Required Points = 200
Earn Total of 550 Points
