APPENDIX D

                   WASHINGTON NATIONALS BASEBALL CLUB LLC GROUP LIFE INSURANCE,
                          GROUP LONG TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE, AND VISION PLAN

               Life Insurance Benefits

               Eligible Employees:  All active owner-employees or non-seasonal employees of the Employer
               regularly working a minimum of 65 hours per pay period other than employees covered under the
               Major League Baseball Players Benefit Plan or the Minor League Baseball Health and Welfare
               Plan  who  have  a  life  benefit  of  $80,000  or  greater  under  one  of  those  plans  (“Full-Time
               Employees”).

               Eligible Dependents:

                   •  your spouse
                   •  children (including your natural born children, adopted children, or step-children living
                       with you) under age 25; and
                   •  disabled  dependent  children  age  25  and  older,  if  covered  by  this  program  (or  a  prior
                       program) upon attainment of age 25.

               Employee Contributions:  Basic coverage is provided at no cost to you.  You are required to
               contribute towards the cost of the additional coverage you elect at the rates established each year
               by your Employer.

               Insurance Effective Date:  June 1, 2020

               New Hire Effective Date:  Coverage will become effective on the first of the month coinciding
               with, or next following, your date of hire; provided that you are an Eligible Employee on that date.

               Date Coverage Terminates:  The date on which you terminate employment or, if earlier in the
               case  of  additional  coverage  that  you  elect,  the  last  day  of  the  period  for  which  required
               contributions are made.

               Benefits:

               In general, this program pays your beneficiary two times your annual earnings, up to a maximum
               of $80,000, upon your death.  If you are covered under the Major League Baseball Players Benefit
               Plan, your benefit will be two times your annual earnings, minus the amount of your Major League
               benefit, up to $80,000 when combined with the Major League Baseball Players Benefit Plan.  If
               you are covered under the Minor League Health and Welfare Plan, your benefit under this plan is
               two times your annual salary minus $20,000, up to a maximum of $80,000 when combined with
               the Minor League benefit.  Your spouse will also have coverage in the amount of $5,000 and each
               of your children will have coverage in the amount of $2,000.
