        In the course of life, you may experience professional and/or personal situations that affect your life. The
        Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) can play a vital role by providing you with knowledge and resources to
        support you and your family’s wellbeing. From anything as simple as finding the right daycare, or drafting
        a will, to helping you cope with the death of a loved one, LifeMatters is here to help, and it’s entirely
        confidential.  Following is an outline of the many tools available to you and your family at no cost to you
        (FREE!) through LifeMatters.

        The LifeMatters benefit offers many solutions to these everyday life challenges.  This may include:

        Counseling Services

        When you call, A LifeMatters Counselor:
            •   Explains confidentiality and your benefit plan

            •   Explores options and develops a plan to assist you with resolving your issue

        The counseling services offer,
            •   No call monitoring (caller ID)
            •   Unlimited telephonic access – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
            •   Free in-person counseling sessions with a local counselor
            •   Referral to insurance covered resources for ongoing assistance
            •   Ongoing follow-up and satisfaction surveying
