Open Enrollment is November 1 through November 10 .

1. Review this guide thoroughly and watch for email communication from HRHelp in your Emmis email account.

2. Use this guide and Dayforce to help you choose the right benefits for you and your family.

3. From a web browser navigate to the dayforce.emmis.com to complete your enrollment.
- If connected to the Emmis network (office or home) you will automatically be logged into Dayforce.
- If not connected to the Emmis network, then enter your Primary Emmis-Issued Email and Emmis Network Password.
- Please note, you cannot use the mobile app to complete your open enrollment.
4. After opening Dayforce, click “Benefits” from your favorites at the top of your home screen or from the menu on the top
left.

5. Select the Open Enrollment 2022 “Start Enrollment” button.

6. Scroll to the bottom of each section, checking your information along the way and updating as needed before selecting
“Next” to move forward.
7. Make sure your emergency contact(s) are correct, your beneficiaries are updated, and you are covering your applicable
family members.

8. Use the “Help Me Decide” button to compare medical plan options.

9. Complete the wellness requirements (see page 7 for more information) by November 30, 2021 to receive lower payroll
contribution rates.

Important Enrollment Note!
If you have not already completed your
wellness requirements for 2022, you will
see the non-wellness payroll contributions
in Dayforce. Upon completion of the
wellness requirements (deadline above),
your payroll contributions will update to
wellness rates for 2022.
